Golden Goals

Goals.

Goals are a great motivator. They drive to to accomplish things that you only dream about! Well, until the day you actually do them. But just having goals isn’t enough. You need to pursue those goals. You need to conquer those goals. Your goals aren’t just a means to an end. Your goals are a journey. Your goals will challenge you in ways you didn’t know possible. But you will be successful. While working toward your goals, you will discover things about yourself that you never knew. That is the beauty of goals. We learn. We live. And we succeed.

Here are some of my personal goals:

  • Run the Tower of Terror 10-miler
  • Keep up with this blog
  • Graduate (less than 3 months to go!)
  • Find a job – that I love
  • Work on strengthening my relationship with my boyfriend, who is my best friend
  • Become a licensed personal/group trainer
  • Stay fit
  • Eat healthy
  • Continue to work on my patience
  • Have no fear

What are your goals? What steps are you taking toward achieving those goals? It may be baby steps, or it may be giant leaps, either way – stay positive and keep moving forward. Give it your all. You will be amazed at your journey and what you discover about yourself.
